Product Description

The GAC27 Baro Converter Computer (BCC) accepts inputs of pressure altitude from existing aircraft systems and a barometric offset entered by the pilot through the Display Control Unit. The Converter Computer then produces barometrically corrected altitude output in both ARINC 575 and ARINC 429 digital formats. Optionally, the BCC will accept a barometric offset from any altimeter that produces the voltage ratio signal. The -01 supports only the DC ratio format.
