GEN-X is a complete EFB solution designed for airline and corporate use. GEN-X, the EFB hardware component, is a PMA'd Class 3 system. It utilizes an FAA approved NiMH battery, so there is no battery issue with this EFB. It is a true avionics grade EFB with full DO160E certifications and integrated FMS connectivity. It contains a 50k ft. high altitude hard drive with loads of memory and no restrictions for a paper backup. Operators can choose chart data from Navtech, Jeppesen or Lido.
